Oxidation Removal & Gloss Recovery
Oxidation makes paint look faded, chalky, and dull. Rubbing and polishing can improve many oxidized surfaces if the clear coat is still usable.
Work steps
- Clean the oxidized area
- Check paint condition
- Use compound rubbing where suitable
- Polish to restore clarity
- Protect the surface after finishing
Severe clear coat failure cannot be fixed by polish and may require repainting.
