Vehicle Preparation & Aftercare
Basic guidance for customers before and after detailing, polishing, coating, PPF, tinting or painting-related work.
Before service
- Remove personal items before handover.
- Share known vehicle issues before work starts.
- Confirm the agreed service, price, expected time and warranty details in writing.
During inspection
- Paint condition, previous repair and panel condition may change the final recommendation.
- Photos or notes may be used to record visible condition before work.
- Additional work should be approved before adding to the job.
After service
- Follow the specific cleaning and waiting-period instructions given for the service.
- Avoid strong chemicals unless the product or installer confirms suitability.
- Report any issue early so it can be checked properly.
Customer approval
Any additional repair, outside work, parts or change in scope should be confirmed with the customer before proceeding.
